Representing one of Austria’s leading cultural organizations, for more than 60 years the Salzburg Cultural Association organises concerts in the area of classical music, opera performances as well as ballet and theater productions. Internationally renowned orchestras such as the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, the Brussels Philharmonic, the Salzburg Mozarteum Orchestra as well as the Konzerthausorchester Berlin have become permanent partners and they delight thousands of classical music fans each season. Events take place in the Great Festival Hall, in the Great Hall of the International Mozarteum Foundation, in the Great Hall of the University and the Salzburg State Theatre. The annual highlight is the Salzburger Kulturtage Festival held each year in autumn. |
